Potato mix

Potato, potato! 
Tonight I am serving a vegetarian dish. I, myself, am no vegetarian, but in sign of a healthy lifestyle I try to eat less meat. I often serve vegetarian meals. They are just as delicious and it also helps me reduce my ecological footprint.

Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 450 gram potato slices (from the freezer)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 50 gram feta
  • 125 gram mushrooms (already sliced)
  • 1 onion (already sliced)
  • Oregano
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion in the frying pan.
  2. Add the potato slices and season with oregano. Fry them 8 minutes.
  3. Slice the zucchini and cut them in half.
  4. Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the potato slices. Fry another 6 minutes.
  5. Serve the potato mix with feta cheese and parsley.
