Boeuf stroganoff with rice

So we meat again!

What are we having for dinner tonight? A great recipe for Boeuf Stroganoff with rice. The stroganoff sauce is a typical Russian spicy sauce and tastes perfect with some beef.

After a long day at work, I don’t have much time left to cook a big meal. Ok, I’ll admit it, sometimes I just don’t feel like cooking. My Netflix show also deserves some attention, right? At moments like these a 15-minute recipe is the ideal go-to dish. Thankfully I found this recipe for Boeuf Stroganoff which is ready in no time. Netflix, here I come!

Instructions
  1. Boil the noodles by adding them to boiling water and then just leave it for another 4 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in the wok pan and stir-fry the chicken together with the wok vegetables for 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile mix two tablespoons of lemon juice with the fish sauce, ketchup and light brown sugar.
  4. Beat the eggs with pepper and salt. Heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry the eggs for 1 minute.
  5. Add the ketchup-fishsauce mix, the egg, bean sprouts and noodles to the chicken and stir-fry another minute.
  6. Season with some pinda's and if you like some koriander.
