Linguini with leek and minced meat

The Belgian company 15gram organised a competition where you had to make one of their 15-minute dishes. The only thing you had to do was make the recipe and take a picture of it that you shared on Instagram. Ofcourse this contest was right in my alley! Cooking in 15 minutes is one of my strong suits! I choose to make the recipe ‘linguini with leek and minced meat’! The recipe was not only easy to make, but also delicious! So, I had to share this recipe with you guys! I only a few steps, you got yourself a delicious pasta!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta until it's done (depending on the instructions on the box).
  2. Cut the leek in small slices.
  3. Fry the minced meat for 4 minutes and add the leek. Then let it simmer for another 8 minutes.
  4. Add 100 ml. of light cream. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  5. Add the linguini pasta to the minced meat mix and serve with the parmesan slices.
