Halloween chocolate mousse

I like this a choco-lat!

I will start by saying “I’m sorry”! It has been more than a month since my latest dessert recipe. Unbelievable, I know! I promise this chocolate mousse will make everything better! Making a delicious chocolate mousse in 15 minutes? It is possible! I found this recipe on 15Gram and loved it straight away! Since it is Halloween, I gave the chocolate mousse some Halloween vibes. Even though the chocolate mousse is ready in 15 minutes, I would recommend cooling it in the fridge for about 3 hours. I chose to make this chocolate mousse with milk chocolate, but it is perfectly possible to make it with dark or white chocolate. Have fun and enjoy this chocolate mousse!

Halloween thema
Servings: persons
Instructions
Chocolate mousse
  1. Melt the chocolate on a low heated fire.
  2. Beat the egg yolk with the sugar. Then beat the egg white in another bowl.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate with the egg yolk mix. Then add the egg white carefully.
  4. Whip the cream and the add it to the chocolate mix.
  5. Divide the chocolate mousse over different bowls. Then let it cool for at least 3 hours in the fridge.
Halloween theme
  1. Get the chocolate mousse from the fridge so you can start decorating. Crumble the oreo cookie to small pieces. Sprinkle these crumbles on top of the chocolate mousse to create the illusion of dark sand.
  2. Then take 4 cookies that you will use as the tombstones. Write with a chocolate stift R.I.P. on them and put it in the chocolate mousse. You are ready for Halloween!

My timeframe: 16,01 minutes.
