Saddle of hare
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Season the saddle of hare with pepper and fry it on a high fire for 3 minutes. Make sure you fry all sides of the hare.
  3. Then add the brown game stock, the cooking cream and the sage. Mix it well.
  4. Put the saddle of hare with the sauce in an oven of 150 degrees for about 7 minutes.
Cranberry sauce
  1. Take a cooking pot and pour the wine and sugar into it. Let it boil on a high fire. As soon as the wine starts to boil, you add the cranberries. Put it now on a medium heated fire and let the sauce simmer for 8 minutes until the cranberries popped.
  2. Meanwhile cut the chicory in half. Put the chicory in a pan on a medium heated fire. Make sure you put the flat side downwards. Season with some sugar and 50 ml of water. Cover the pan with a plate so the chicory can steam a bit. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Finally take a frying pan and season the potatoes with salt. Then fry the cooked dwarf potatoes for 2 minutes on a medium heated fire.
  4. Serve the saddle of hare with the chicory, cranberry sauce and potatoes.

  1. Boil the penne until it is done (following the instructions on the packaging).
  2. Cut the onion in small pieces. Then fry the onion with the garlic and mushrooms on a medium high fire for about 3 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Put 500 ml. hot water in a can and add the cube vegetable broth. Mix it well. Then add it to the mushrooms.
  4. Now add the cooking cream and the teaspoon of mustard. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Now crush the walnuts in small pieces. If you both pre-sliced walnuts, even better, you can skip this step.
  6. Serve the penne with the mushroom sauce, some walnuts and fresh parsley.

  1. Put the fries in the fryer.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the apple, red beet, half an onion and a clove of garlic in small pieces.
  3. Boil half a liter of water with a kettle and pour it in a big cooking pot. Add the cube of meat broth.
  4. Add the sliced apple, red beet, onion and garlic tot the meat broth. Then add the red wine and the dash of cooking cream. Let is simmer for 4 minutes with the sage leaves and thyme.
  5. Meanwhile, fry both sides of the steak on a high fire. Then, lower the heat and let is fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Fry the bacon in another pan for 2 minutes on a high fire.
  7. Mix the sauce with a blender until it is smooth.
  8. Serve the steak with the bacon, red beet sauce and fries.

  1. Boil the rice (duration depending on what it says on the packaging).
  2. Cut the pineapple and paprika in small slices.
  3. Season the chicken breast with kerrie herbs (if your chicken isn't already cut, then first cut it in slices). Fry the chicken slices in olive oil for 3 minutes in a frying pan.
  4. Add the paprika and pineapple slices and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooking cream and season some more with the kerrie herbs.
  6. Serve with rice!
