  1. Boil the penne until it is done (following the instructions on the packaging).
  2. Cut the onion in small pieces. Then fry the onion with the garlic and mushrooms on a medium high fire for about 3 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Put 500 ml. hot water in a can and add the cube vegetable broth. Mix it well. Then add it to the mushrooms.
  4. Now add the cooking cream and the teaspoon of mustard. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Now crush the walnuts in small pieces. If you both pre-sliced walnuts, even better, you can skip this step.
  6. Serve the penne with the mushroom sauce, some walnuts and fresh parsley.

  1. Put the fries in the fryer.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the apple, red beet, half an onion and a clove of garlic in small pieces.
  3. Boil half a liter of water with a kettle and pour it in a big cooking pot. Add the cube of meat broth.
  4. Add the sliced apple, red beet, onion and garlic tot the meat broth. Then add the red wine and the dash of cooking cream. Let is simmer for 4 minutes with the sage leaves and thyme.
  5. Meanwhile, fry both sides of the steak on a high fire. Then, lower the heat and let is fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Fry the bacon in another pan for 2 minutes on a high fire.
  7. Mix the sauce with a blender until it is smooth.
  8. Serve the steak with the bacon, red beet sauce and fries.

  1. Put the sweet potato on a baking tray. Put small holes in the potato with a fork. Smear olive oil on the potato and season with salt and pepper. Grill the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the tomato in small pieces.
  3. Fry the minced meat with the tomato in a frying pan.
  4. If your potato is done grilling then put it for another 5 minutes in the microwave.
  5. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in two and spoon it out of the peel. Cut the avocado in small pieces and smear with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Garlic sauce
  1. Start by making the garlic sauce by putting all ingredients in 1 bowl. Mix it well.
  2. Serve the sauce with the sweet potato, the minced meat and avocado pieces. Personally I prefer to mix and eat it all together.

  1. Toast a slice of bread.
  2. Smear hummus on your toast.
  3. Add a bit of rucola and some walnuts. You can also add a bit of balsamico vinegar.
Bereiding HOLY GUACAMOLE toast
  1. Toast a slice of bread.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and spoon out of the peal. Squash the avocado with a fork. Add half a tablespoon of lime juice and half a clove of garlic.
  3. Cut half a tomato and half an onion in small pieces. Add to the avocado mix. Mix everything well. Your guacamole is done!
  4. Cut the 4 cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. Smear the guacamole on the toast. Now add the cherry tomatoes and season with pepper.
Bereiding OMELET HEAVEN toast
  1. Toast a slice of bread.
  2. Cut the avocado in half and spoon out of the peal. Squash the avocado with a fork. Add half a tablespoon of lime juice and half a clove of garlic.
  3. Cut half a tomato and half an onion in small pieces. Add to the avocado mix. Mix everything well. Your guacamole is done!
  4. Mix 2 eggs with half a tablespoon of semi-skimmed milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Beat the eggs. Add some butter to a frying pan and fry the egg mix.
  6. Smear the guacamole on the toast and add the omelet.
Bereiding BRIE MINE toast
  1. Toast a slice of bread.
  2. Cut the brie in small slices. Then cut half an apple in small slices.
  3. Put the slices of brie on your toast and add the slices of apple.
  4. Finally, sprinkle the cranberries on top. You can also sweeten the toast by adding some honey.

  1. Boil 1,5 litres of water in an electric cooker. Let the water boil and add the bag of rice. Let it cook for about 10 minutes (depending on the instructions of the rice).
  2. I worked with pre-sliced chicken breast. If your chicken isn't sliced yet into small pieces, you can do this first. Marinade the chicken in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of honey.
  3. Take 4 half pieces of peach out of the can. Now, slice them into little pieces of 1 cm.
  4. Fry the chicken 4 minutes in a frying pan until they are done.
  5. Meanwhile make your sauce: Pour half of the sirop from the ca nwith peaches in a bowl. Add 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tabelspoons of white wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of passion fruit. Mix everything well.
  6. Now add the little pieces of peaches to the chicken and fry them for another minute.
  7. Add the sauce to the chicken and peaches and let it simmer for another minute.
  8. Serve with rice and sesam seeds.

  1. Boil your cooking oil if you prefer to fry the fries in your deep-fryer. If you prefer to make your fries in the airfryer, smear them first with the clove of garlic and some oregano. Put them in the airfryer for 20 minutes.
  2. Fry your burger quickly on each side. Now put your cooking fire on medium heat and let the burgers fry for another 9 minutes. v
  3. Peel the apple and cut it into slices. Season with sugar and fry them in a frying pan. Let it fry for another 5 minutes on a medium-heated fire.
  4. Cut the red beet into slices. Now slice the bread roll in half.
  5. If you fry your fries in the deep-fryer, it is now time to put them in the boiling cooking oil.
  6. Let's make the honey-mustard sauce now. Mix the 1 1/2 tablespoon of mayo, 2 teaspoons of mustard and 1 teaspoon of honey. Smear the sauce all over both sides of the bread rolls.
  7. Tme to complete your burger. On the bottom half of the bread roll you put the burger. Then you place 3 slices of red beet on top of it. Then you add the caramelized apple and the walnuts.
  8. Serve with fries!
