  1. Put the fries in the fryer.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the apple, red beet, half an onion and a clove of garlic in small pieces.
  3. Boil half a liter of water with a kettle and pour it in a big cooking pot. Add the cube of meat broth.
  4. Add the sliced apple, red beet, onion and garlic tot the meat broth. Then add the red wine and the dash of cooking cream. Let is simmer for 4 minutes with the sage leaves and thyme.
  5. Meanwhile, fry both sides of the steak on a high fire. Then, lower the heat and let is fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Fry the bacon in another pan for 2 minutes on a high fire.
  7. Mix the sauce with a blender until it is smooth.
  8. Serve the steak with the bacon, red beet sauce and fries.

  1. Bake the Turkish bread in an oven for 10 minutes (depending on the instructions on the packaging).
  2. Boil water in a cooking pot. Meanwhile cut the broccoli in smaller pieces. Then boil the broccoli for 4 minutes on a medium-heated fire.
  3. Make the cheese sauce: Melt the butter in a cooking pot on a medium-heated fire. Then add the flour and stir until you smell a cookie scent. The roux is done.
  4. Add the milk to the roux until you no clots left. Finally add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry the bacon for 2 minutes in a frying pan on a high fire. Then add it to the cheese sauce.
  6. Serve the broccoli with the cheese sauce and the Turkish bread.
